Wrong Time?

I love the classic movies, you know, the ones from the 30-60s, from RKO, MGM, etc. Actors like Cary Grant, Ginger Rogers, Jimmy Stewart, Katherine Hepburn, to the later ones such as Gregory Peck, Gene Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Doris Day, etc. They just make me feel happy inside, and they're what I grew up on! Sometimes I secretly wish I could have lived back then, honestly, I know actors better from that time period then I do now! Actors required so much more talent back then! They had to act, sing, and do some crazy-awesome tap dancing!
I also find myself longing to live back in the early 1800s, in Jane Austen's time, or later while Victoria reigned and Charles Dickens, Elizabeth Gaskell, and the Bronte Sisters were the novelists... but I've realized something recently, and that is that I am in the exact spot in time where I am supposed to be. If I lived back in the 1800s, I wouldn't be able to watch all my classics, and be so in love with them! If I lived during the  30-60s, I couldn't enjoy all of my favorite BBC period dramas! AND I'd be an old woman presently, or a dead person.
